some characters is missing in ZhuYin table.

at least, with following ZhuYin's missing:
"zo" (fei)
"zo6"
"zo3"
"zo4"
"zp" (fen)
"zp6"
"zp3"
"zp4"

How do I fill the frequency?

The frequency is decided by how often the phrase will be used. If you want the
phrase to be put in front of others, then give it higher frequency.

patch of ZhuYin table

I produce this patch by comparing current table with xcin's.

the differents:
* add missing entries
* change frequency of ZhuYin "u4" (yi4).
  Because this yin has more than 100 words and some has frequency of 65535.
* change U+5F5D to U+5F5E. the tranditional glyph
