OpenGl output is overlayed on top of all other windows, even if windows should really cover the opengl area. When I move glxgears, it leaves droppings of the gears rendering at the original window position. Similar stuff happens with other opengl apps. GoogleEarth for instance has flickering black blocks while drawing and overlays over other windows."
