Bug detailed description:
-------------------------
Connected TV by D_connect-->s_video, then start X, no modes was detected and X failed. This issue exist both in KMS and UMS. In addition, kernel can not detected modes in KMS too.


Reproduce steps:
----------------
1.connect TV by D-connect->s-video
2.start X

Let's track KMS issue (can't detect SDVO-TV) in bug#20639, and track UMS issue (SDVO-TV connection unreliable) in bug#20785.
