Please support upport hyperref links or URLs on text that will appear in PDF output.

Benefit of implementing this, is to be enable cairo users to use this feature that exists in PDF. A real world use case is Graphviz that uses Cairo, see also http://www.graphviz.org/mantisbt/view.php?id=2130
