I'm using jhbuild to build cairo, and I have all the different version of
automake/aclocal installed, but the default is 1.4. autogen.sh should be smart
enough to try 1.7 (the minimum required version) before falling back to plain
"automake"

Move bugs against "cvs" version to "0.9.3" so we can remove the "cvs" version.
