Patch attached (in a moment) adding --with-xkb-bindir option to configure.

In particular this is now needed because default install is in
/usr/share/X11/xkb and xkbcomp (being binary) shouldn't be in /usr/share.

Updated to change the utter-last-resort fallback in xkbInit.c too.

Patch no longer valid since Kristian's changes, and I have a new one elsewhere.
