Description Rainer Bielefeld Retired 2012-05-29 21:16:13 UTC
Steps how I found the problem:
In "Bug 50404 - Writer does not show images in .wps files" I wrote a comment at 06:03 Central European Summer time (My clock on the desk), what means 04:03 UTC.
But Time stamp I see on screen for that comment is
"Rainer Bielefeld 2012-05-29 21:03:38 UTC " (Seamonkey 2.9.1 German) or
"Rainer Bielefeld 2012-05-29 21:03:38 PDT" visiting the same bug without being logged in with FF12 German
My Mozilla Mail Client shows "29.05.2012 23:03"
My Bugzilla setting "Timezone used to display dates and times = UTC"
Normally I do not see such problems, a sampe of e-mails I checked had the correct time stamp.

IMHO Bugzilla does not use Time Zone setting correctly
