Patch to support pseudocolor  in cairo xlib backend

Cairo Xlib backend lacks tested support for non true color visuals.
In special there are some problems with the mixture of big and little endian server and clients.
This results in wrong colors or only black screens (pseudocolor).

Bug is also in cairo 1.12.8 present.
The attached patch is for version 1.12.8
