Automatic spell checking and tool not working in this version of LibreOffice Writer, on latest 64-bit Ubuntu platform with Intel Core i5 CPU.

Hi, I will mark this as a duplicate of another bug. Something to consider: Have you verified your language setting? On the main menu

Tools -> Language -> For All Text -> (Your Language)
