DP monitor fail to be lighted up on every interlaced scanning resolution.

Here is my latest test result. "Lighted up" below mean DP monitor can be lighted up on interlaced resolution. And the same as "Not lighted up".

Please, try this patch on top of the latest drm-intel-nightly. It may solve the testdisplay issue you are experiencing.
