Issue still exists when setting resolution to 1920x1080i via xrandr. dmesg shows 1920x1080i as one of the probed modes and DP link training was successful, but the display does not light up.

Again, please attach fresh dmesg when you re-test, and also indicate what hardware the testing was done on.
