i18n: Some fixes for the Italian translation

Hi,

here are some fixes for Italian strings which show up on the GUI.

In particular "Blocca entrambi i canali" (which translates back to "Block both channels") sounded weird with devices with more than 2 channels.

Thanks,
   Antonio

i18n: improve one Italian string

After sleeping on it I think that one of my new translations is a little ambiguous, I am attaching a fixup for that.

Sorry for the noise.
