gfx folks - has this issue been looked at?
Comment 2 Jani Nikula 2016-01-08 10:01:34 UTC
Please try -rc8 and drm-intel-nightly. Please add drm.debug=14 module parameter, and attach the dmesg again.

Hey, if you go through the trouble of re-testing, please attach the fresh dmesg, all the way from boot, with drm.debug=14 module parameter added.

Also, we should really switch to production hardware when it's available. We don't want to waste time on debugging issues potentially caused by early hardware.

Dhinakaran, what hardware did you use?

Kevin Strasser could you please re-test with the latest drm-tip configuration?
Comment 9 Ricardo 2017-03-03 17:25:01 UTC
Confirmed by Luis the issue is not seen anymore, moving bug to resolved. Kevin once you retest on your side do the following:

if the problem is gone change the status of the bug to closed
if the problem persist change the status of the bug to reopen and add update logs
